Due to the highly personalised nature of each item, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Our jewellery is crafted for everyday wear, is completely allergen-free, and comes BIS Hallmarked for guaranteed purity and quality. Every piece is covered under our Lifetime Warranty Policy, ensuring long-term care and lasting shine.
If your jewellery ever needs attention over the years, we’ll collect it from your doorstep, provide gold vermeil, repair it if required, and deliver it back to you — all free of cost for the first service. After the first complimentary renewal, any future services will carry a nominal charge, ensuring your ISWA jewellery always returns to you renewed, radiant, and ready to wear again.
